Account information: Your name, email address, and profile photo (from Google sign-in or registration)
Business data: CRM data you enter including leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, tasks, and activities
Usage data: Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps
Company information: Company name provided during onboarding

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide and maintain the M-EasyDo service
Authenticate your identity and secure your account
Send important service notifications and updates
Improve and optimize the Service
Comply with legal obligations

3. Google Sign-In

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We do not receive access to your Gmail, Google Drive, or any other Google services. We use this information only to create and manage your M-EasyDo account.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Railway (railway.app). We implement industry-standard security measures including:

HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
Encrypted session management
Daily automated database backups
Access controls limiting who can access your data

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

With service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. hosting providers)
When required by law or to protect our legal rights
With your explicit consent

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access: Request a copy of your personal data
Export: Download all your CRM data in CSV format at any time
Correction: Update or correct your personal information
Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 7 additional days before being overwritten.

8. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (kforce.sid) to keep you logged in. This cookie is essential for the Service to function and cannot be disabled. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

M-EasyDo is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice in the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
